Be consistent and relentless…

That is our continuous goal for 2026 and the following years.
The rehab and programs I build around my patients specific needs is something I preach and live by.
I’m not a chiropractor that tells people to do one thing and I do the exact opposite. Here are a few things to up the ante for 2026.
Exercise daily.
Walk every morning or evening
Eat clean foods (cheat meals are okay in moderation)
Water and electrolytes are a must for the body.
Listen to your body and give it the attention it deserves.
Utilize rest and recovery days.
I teach these things to my patients so they can have freedom from pain and reach their goals.
