The Staff of LifePath Hospice is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to meet the needs of our patients. Our Mission is to provide hope, care, and dignity to patients with a life threatening illness and their families. LifePath is about embracing patients with any kind of life-limiting illness, regardless of age, gender, race, or sexual orientation.
