I use to be on statins and blood pressure medications and neither was meant to be a cure. They served only as a permanent remedy allowing me to keep doing what I was doing. Once I sought a lifestyle change and commited, I haven’t had to take neither in a very long time.

Cities agreeing to these data centers behind secret closed doors meetings are coming out and attempting to sell them as some badge of honor, while often overlooking the fact that these projects strategically choose areas where the resultant pollution will disproportionately affect already vulnerable or minority populations. Where’s the flex in that?

Over the past 3 years, spanning the post-Covid era, I have observed a significant increase in Acute Myocardial Infarctions compared to the preceding 15 years. The extent of tissue damage in some instances is so severe that it appears their hearts are literally exploding in their chests. l would appreciate reviewing autopsy reports for some of these cases to gain further insight. We need to discuss heart health asap.
