Winter storms can slow everything down—including our mood. If you’re stuck inside, here are a few gentle ways to care for your mental health:

☕ Sip something warm and comforting
🧠 Keep a simple routine (sleep, meals, movement)
📵 Take breaks from constant weather updates
📝 Journal or write out what you’re feeling
🧘‍♀️ Stretch, breathe, or move your body gently
📞 Reach out to someone instead of isolating

✨ Reminder: You don’t have to be productive to be worthy. Rest is part of healing.

As we move through sick season, this is your gentle reminder to slow down and prioritize your well-being—both physically and mentally.

✨ Get plenty of rest
✨ Stay hydrated and nourish your body
✨ Wash hands and disinfect shared spaces
✨ Manage stress with deep breathing, journaling, prayer, or mindfulness
✨ Listen to your body and rest when needed
✨ Give yourself permission to say no and ask for help

Taking care of yourself isn’t selfish—it’s necessary. Your body and mind work together, and supporting one supports the other. If you have a scheduled session and you are not feeling well, telehealth is an option!

2025…So incredibly grateful for each and every family member, friend and client that supported me and continues to show up! 🤍

This year was especially meaningful as I took a huge leap in my career, branching out on my own and opening my private practice. It took countless hours, hard work, courage, and a lot of trust in the process to get to this point, and I couldn’t have done it without the support and belief of everyone.

Clients, thank you for showing up, doing the hard work, being vulnerable, and allowing me to walk alongside you on your journey. Watching growth and healing happen makes every day and challenge worth it.

As I move into a new year, I’m beyond thankful for the trust, the progress, and the opportunity to continue this work. Wishing you all peace, growth, and continued healing in the year ahead. 💫
