From lifting their tiny head to rolling and crawling, every minute counts! Here’s how much tummy time your baby needs as they grow 👶👇
🍼 Newborn (0–2 weeks): A few minutes at a time, 2–3 times a day
🌼 1 month: 10–15 mins total (short sessions)
☀️ 2–3 months: 20–30 mins total per day
🌈 4–5 months: 45–60 mins total per day
💪 6+ months: As long as baby enjoys it — playtime counts too!
