Every blood donation has the power to save a life — and our family is living proof.

In her very first week of life, our daughter Lucy underwent open-heart surgery. During that critical time, donated blood helped sustain Lucy and gave her the strength she needed to heal. Today, she’s not just surviving — she’s thriving right here in our community, growing, learning, and living life to the fullest.

Blood donors made that possible. Every pint of donated blood can save up to three lives!

When you donate blood, you’re giving families hope during their most vulnerable moments. You’re helping newborns, children, parents, and neighbors receive lifesaving care when they need it most.

Please consider joining us on Lucy’s 3rd birthday, April 22nd at our upcoming blood drive in partnership with IMA - Pediatrics, Family Medicine and Urgent Care.

One donation can make an extraordinary difference — just like it did for Lucy. ❤️

Thank you for the 5-star review!
Did You Know?
A baseline hearing test creates a snapshot of your current hearing levels. Without it, it’s hard to know exactly how much your hearing has changed if you notice a dip later on.

The Guidelines:
▶Ages 21–50: Get a baseline now to have on file.
▶Over 50: Screen every 3 years.
▶Over 60: Yearly evaluations are ideal.
It’s quick, painless, and often covered by general medical insurance*. Schedule your baseline hearing evaluation with IMA Audiology's Dr. Ingram by calling 732-842-3050!

*Please check with your insurance carrier to ensure coverage

NP Jaimee's tip:
"Move Your Body!" ♥

♥ February is "Heart Health" month! We asked Red Bank Medical's NP Conor what is his go to tip for heart health.
NP Conor's tip:
"Get Active." ♥

Your heart is a muscle—give it a workout! ❤️
♥ Regular activity helps your heart pump blood more efficiently with less effort.
Clean Pipes: Exercise improves circulation and keeps your arteries flexible and clear.
♥ Exercise is one of the best ways to lower blood pressure and improve your cholesterol.
♥ Movement releases endorphins that lower stress, which in turn protects your heart from strain.

♥ February is "Heart Health" month! We asked Red Bank Medical's NP Shiela what is his go to tip for heart health.
NP Shiela's tip:
"When was your last physical exam?" ♥

Here is why that yearly appointment is a game-changer for your heart's health:
♥ Catching the "Silent Killers": High blood pressure (hypertension) and high cholesterol usually have no symptoms. A quick screening at your physical is often the only way to detect them before they damage your arteries.

♥ Know Your Numbers: Your doctor tracks key metrics like Blood Pressure, Cholesterol (Lipid Profile), and Blood Sugar (Glucose). These numbers provide a snapshot of your heart disease risk and help you stay ahead of issues like diabetes or plaque buildup.

♥ Establishing Your Baseline: By visiting every year, you and your doctor create a "health report card". This makes it easy to spot even subtle changes in your heart rate or weight that might signal a need for lifestyle shifts.

To schedule your annual physical, call Red Bank Medical at 732-747-4600.

Today is National Wear Red Day to bring awareness of heart disease in women. Our team is wearing red to support the Go Red for Women movement and to shed light on a critical reality: cardiovascular disease is the No. 1 killer of women, claiming more lives each year than all forms of cancer combined.
♥ Why Awareness Matters in 2026
➡The Silent Threat: Nearly 45% of women over the age of 20 are currently living with some form of cardiovascular disease.
➡A "Man’s Disease" Myth: Historically, heart disease was viewed as an "old man's disease," but it causes 1 in 3 deaths among women.
➡Different Symptoms: Women often experience non-traditional symptoms during a heart attack—such as nausea, jaw or back pain, and extreme fatigue—which can lead to dangerous delays in seeking help.
Take Action!
Know Your Numbers: Don't forget to schedule your annual physical with your Red Bank Medical provider who will go over your risk of cardiovascular disease.
