๐Ÿ’April Consistency Calendar Refresh:

The Consistency Calendar is a simple yet powerful tool to help you stay on track and build the habits that lead to your goals . By focusing on daily or near-daily action steps, this calendar serves as a visual representation of your progress and helps you identify patterns that may need adjustment.

How to Use the Consistency Calendar:

Set Your Action Goals :

At the start of the month, choose 1โ€“3 specific action goals that align with your overall objective . These should be habits or behaviors you can realistically do every day or most days .

For example:

Drink at least 64 oz of water daily.

Complete a 30-minute workout 5 days a week.

Spend 10 minutes journaling or meditating each day.

Track Your Actions :

Each day, if you complete your action goals, put an โ€œXโ€ on that day in the calendar. If you have multiple goals, you can either:

Use a single โ€œXโ€ for completing all goals.

Use different symbols or colors for each goal (e.g., โ€œโ€ for exercise, โ€œโ€ for hydration).

Review at Monthโ€™s End :

At the end of the month, calculate your consistency by dividing the number of days with an โ€œXโ€ by the total days in the month and multiplying by 100.

If you have an โ€œXโ€ on 80% or more of the days , congratulations! Youโ€™re likely seeing progress and building momentum toward your goals .

If you have an โ€œXโ€ on less than 80% of the days , donโ€™t worry! This is an opportunity to reflect on barriers that may have gotten in the way and adjust your action goals for next month to make them more realistic and attainable .

Reflect and Adjust :

Use the calendar to identify patterns . Were there specific weeks or days when it was harder to stay consistent? What challenges or barriers can you address to set yourself up for success next month?

Remember: Progress is about consistency, not perfection . Each day you complete your goals, youโ€™re taking a step toward the healthier, happier version of yourself . Letโ€™s fill this calendar with Xโ€™s and celebrate the small wins that lead to big changes.
