Caring for someone with Alzheimer’s is not an easy task. As the disease progresses, both you and your patient will be learning something new each day, and your responsibilities as a caregiver increase as well. Slowly losing cognitive functions is very frustrating for your patient. To help ease frustration, create a routine for your patient but also allow some flexibility along the way for any changes.
