A Moment for Gratitude:

As seasons slowly change from Autumn and Winter and we near the holiday season/end of the year, taking a moment to reflect on the things that we are grateful for is important. Join us to do just that - be in community with other women of color after “thanksgiving”/Day of Mourning.

Our ancestors have always known that women of color keep our families, our communities, and our worlds moving forward. Centering the healing of women of color ultimately ensures the wellness of our entire community. Women of color are invited to join us on the last Friday of every month for a holistic healing session intending to strengthen relationships and the wellness of women of color.

ICE standard dimensioned cube custom made by a RI company that makes car seats so the foam is very firm. The cover is black canvas with Velcro for easy removal and was recently dry cleaned. There are no handles/straps but there’s leeway to grab the sides. $450. No delivery, pick up in person or via delivery company in Warwick, RI. IM me and I'll put you in contact with the seller.

Join us for some Laughter Yoga with Coqui at The Village on Saturday, May 31st at 11:00am!

Laughter Yoga combines laughter exercises with gentle breathing techniques to teach the body how to laugh without relying on jokes or humor. Laughter can relax the whole body, lower stress, strengthen the immune system, and reduce pain.

All are welcome to join! Note that you do not have to wear yoga/exercise clothing and you do not have to bring any equipment for laugher yoga! Just you, your open mind, and of course your laughter!
