Our Story

Founded by Dr. Jaime Sanchez in 1997, West East “WE” Yoga is the oldest yoga school in the St. Louis area. In addition to our teacher training programs we offer yoga classes, private instruction, and wellness workshops including introductions to Ayurveda, Prenatal Yoga & Yoga for Kids, Tai Chi & Qi Gong, Thai Yoga Massage, Acupuncture, Kundalini Yoga and more. Steeped in tradition and registered with Yoga Alliance, our mission is to share our life-changing programs with others and educate the next generation of yoga practicers and teachers in all things yoga - east to west, old and new.
