Integrated Medicine Alliance is a medical “group-without-walls”, comprised of seven primary care practices, three urgent care centers, a diagnostic center that provides multiple tests including ultrasound, bone density testing, cardiology testing facilities and more. We are proud to serve Monmouth County and believe that as a group we provide the highest quality primary care in the area. Integrated Medicine Alliance currently operates three urgent care centers. Located in Shrewsbury, Hazlet and Middletown, these centers function as traditional urgent care clinics and offer an alternative to the Hospital emergency room for minor emergencies, injuries and illnesses during our off hours. As one of New Jersey’s largest participating practices in the Patient Centered Medical Home initiative, Integrated Medicine Alliance is on the leading edge of revolutionizing health care with better patient outcomes and greater efficiency in mind. Our providers work closely with patients to monitor their health year round, provide preventative care services and seek to improve overall health and wellness. Did you know? IMA Urgent Care now offers PRIMARY CARE! Patients can schedule their annual physical or come in for a walk-in flu shot with our PA Lauren on Mnoday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Appointments with Lauren can be scheduled by calling 732-542-2124.

About Lauren:
Lauren Cotogno is a board-certified Physician Assistant with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Monmouth University and a Bachelor of Science from The College of New Jersey. A Monmouth County native, she is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care within the field of primary care. Lauren strives to build lasting relationships with her patients through open communication, education, and preventive health. She enjoys creating a welcoming environment where patients feel heard and empowered to take an active role in their well-being.

We're excited to announce the addition of psychiatric services to our practice. Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner Conor Mulholland is now available to diagnose and treat a range of mental health conditions after completing his Psychiatric Mental Health Certification! Conor is now dual certified as a family nurse practitioner and psychiatric nurse practitioner and will be seeing both medical patients and patients requesting psychiatric services.

Conor's psychiatric services will focus on medication management and, when appropriate, offer psychotherapy-offering a comprehensive and compassionate approach to mental wellness.

The goal is to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health and provide a safe, welcoming resource for those seeking support.

Conor is available for in-person appointments on Wednesdays from 7am-4pm and by Telemed on Thursdays from 7am-4pm.
