March is Colon Cancer Awareness Month. Colon cancer is one of the most treatable & beatable cancers when caught early. A colonoscopy isn’t just a screening — it’s prevention. During the procedure, precancerous polyps can be found and removed before they become cancerous.

The American Cancer Society recommends starting regular screening at age 45, and earlier if you have certain risk factors or a family history. If you’ve been putting it off, consider this your reminder: scheduling your colonoscopy today could save your life tomorrow.

Don’t wait for symptoms before getting screened.
Be proactive about your health so you can be here for the moments that matter.

Talk to your doctor about your options.
