Rear delts on machine. I know this isn't necessarily the best motion for rear delts, but I believe in doing everything motion because there are muscles being worked no matter what!

Hip thrust at the end of the workout! I usually consider these a major/compound exercise to go at the beginning of the workout.

I thought this round it would be good to mix it up and do it at the end. It also helps me from having to add so much weight since im more tired and unable to go as heavy. This is 345 for 6. Also utilizing holds amd slow and controlled negatives.
