-hypertrophy

Each one of these pillars can be adjusted to reach more specific goals. For instance, more strength focused if you want to be a powerlifter, more endurance if a runner, etc...

I've definitely noticed a difference in my shoulders already after just 3 weeks of this workout cycle. I'm doing lat raises twice in the week. Once with dumbells and once on a machine. Both with 3 count holds on top, and trying to keep tension on the bottom.

Trying to get low on Cossack squats! When I started the workout cycle 2 weeks ago my knee/calf was bothering me and i couldn't get low at all on these. After doing them and consistent yoga it's feeling much better! Trying to keep full range to help prevent it from bothering me again.
