Meet Rick Monticello & Cyndi, owners of Monti Bugs Termite and Pest Control LLC. Monti Bugs was founded in 2016 by a husband-and-wife team with one simple goal — build a company that treats customers the way we would want our own family treated.
What started as a small family operation has grown into a trusted local business serving from Trenton down to the bottom tip of South Jersey, and Philadelphia. Today, we proudly employ six full-time licensed technicians and a full-time office manager, but we remain hands-on in every part of the business. When you call MontiBugs, you’re not calling a franchise or a corporate call center — you’re calling a family.
Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of serving more than 10,000 customers and building long-term relationships throughout our community. We have inspected over 1,000 homes annually for termite and wood-destroying insect activity, making us a trusted partner in the real estate market. Our reputation is something we protect fiercely, reflected in our 75+ five-star Google reviews and 275+ five-star Facebook reviews.
We are especially proud that our growth has come largely through referrals from satisfied customers.
