What You’ll Do:
Welcome patients with a warm, professional attitude
Track orders and deliveries for glasses and eyewear
Maintain and organize optical inventory
Contact patients when their eyewear is ready or if issues arise
Support the team with general office and optical tasks
Use practice software and digital tools confidently
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and customer‑service skills
Comfort with computers, technology, and learning new systems
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
A positive, team‑oriented mindset
Experience in optical or medical office settings is a plus, but not required
