Lets Start a Journey Together I am struggled with weight the majority of my life. Even as an adolescent, as young as 12, living in a calorie deficit. It works.

Just a girl, who needed help, found what worked for her, and is now able to share that with the rest of the population that might share my same struggles. I've tried it all. I tried restricting calories (always worked but my way of doing it was incredibly unhealthy and not sustainable), Atkins diet (that was not a good option for me), pescetarian (I thought eliminating meat and focusing on veggies and low fat items would help, wrong), more recently intermittent fasting (worked until it didn't - I would eventually binge at my break fast point). I had hear about GLP-1's. Had a friend who raved about it. I thought, it's worth a shot! (pun-intended). It is what I needed. I am a better person both physically and mentally. It’s long term for me! I can’t deny or let go of the benefits outside of weight loss. My blood pressure is beautiful, I’m full of energy (even with 4-6 kids and working two jobs), and the boost of self esteem is great for my mental health!
