Meet our new neighbors! Today The Neighborhood Table SV opens next door to our home studio with all sorts of artisanal baked goods and specialty items. They are still getting settled in during their soft opening but they have lots of amazing foods and goodies for sale right now. Pop in for a pastry or some delicious bread or pretzels or rolls - some tortillas 😋

Regular hours should be from 8am-7pm so we will near access to food and snacks during most of our yoga schedule as well. We are so pleased to have new friends nearby!

Today we are closing down part of the floor in our home studio practice space do some shenanigans, I mean renovations, and it will remain closed and under construction for the remainder of the day. We hope to be able to reopen the rear back corner of our practice space as soon as tomorrow after renovations are complete.

Our apologies to everyone who regularly uses this quadrant of the practice space at our home studio. We are sorry for any inconvenience this imposes on your classes at MYCC.

MYCC is going to be hosting a food collection point for the Cochise County Food Network this week and next week. We are asking our community to make any donation from the list (see flyer or donation box) and receive a free yoga class!
