My yoga sessions are free of charge; however, tips are greatly appreciated. I aim to share my passion of gentle yoga and hope to see you on the white sands of Siesta Key! In addition to providing my clients on the beach a yoga practice that focuses on calming the mind and helping to bring peace to my yogis, I also own a HomeWatch business called Tranquility Home Watch, LLC. When my seasonal residents return home for the summer months, I make sure to provide them with the comfort of knowing their unoccupied home is in the best hands. I love my Florida life and all of the wonderful people I’m meeting along the way. Namaste οΏ½

Well, it’s always the lightning I worry about. As much as I hate to cancel class, we have to air on the side of safety. With that said, there will be no 8:30 class this morning. β˜”οΈ ⚑️

The good news is next week is looking gorgeous πŸ€— 🌞

Good Morning Beautiful Yogis πŸ€—
There’s a cold winter advisory until 9:00 this morning. With that said, the sun will be shining and the winds will be much lower than yesterday as the morning progresses! Let’s have our coffee and enjoy the indoors for a little while and meet on the beach at 11:00 for our hour of peace and tranquility ❀️. By that time, it will warm up and be perfect!

I know there are people traveling to our beautiful beach and look forward to our practice. Plus, we love our Tuesday morning yogis, so let’s take this little problem and turn it into a solution πŸ’— 🏝️ πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ.
