Well, our temperatures are on point, but we have rain this morning. I will host a zoom yoga class from 8:30-9:30 this morning. Please be sure to sign into the class prior to 8:30. Please turn your microphone off at 8:30 as well. See you soon. ❤️ 💻 🧘‍♀️

Let’s do this!!! Bundle up yogis! I know there are people out there visiting and wanting to get on the beach to practice. I’m feeling the need to be in that sand and miss seeing my yogis in person. Winds are low and the sun is shining. Layers and socks will make all the difference! See you at 8:30 behind the red and green lifeguard towers. Let’s flow!! ❤️ 🏖️ 🧘‍♀️

Well, these types of days are never an easy call to make. Chances of rain during our class time are very high. There is no Sarasota sunshine to warm us up. Not the best conditions for yoga on the beach. There will be no class this morning.

I have a few glitches I’m working out on Zoom. My plan is to provide Zoom yoga on Monday and Tuesday of the weather doesn’t allow us to practice on the beach. I will definitely keep you informed. Never ever hesitate to reach out to me if you have questions.

I’ll miss you all this morning. Enjoy your Saturday ❤️

Looks like I’ll be teaching from my warm home again in the morning at 8:30! It’s going to be too cold outdoors Thursday morning! You can join Zoom starting at 8:15. I will stop letting people in at 8:30. At 8:30, please turn your microphones off. You have the option of turning off your camera or leaving it on.

We are set up right outside the concession stand in front of the Siesta Beach number one in the USA sign. Very little wind here. It’s beautiful!

I anticipate having class on the beach tomorrow (Wednesday) at 5:00. We will play Thursday by ear. If it’s too cold I’m happy to Zoom again if there is interest. Tune in and have an amazing day!

Well, the temps are dropping and the winds are picking up 💨 . With the projected windchill tomorrow morning, I am going to call class now. Instead of having class on the beach in the morning, I set up a Zoom meeting and we’ll have class together on the computer! I’ll open the class up at 8:15 so everyone can join. I’ll start class at 8:30. This way we can still practice together and get our peace and tranquility.  You can download the Zoom app for free and I believe you can go to the Zoom website as well and just sign up.

This will be our first time doing this, and I’m thinking it won’t be our last 🥶. We can iron out any glitches after class.
