🌴 Why Is Massage the Secret to Beating the Seasonal Blues?
Through intentional touch, circulation, and lymph flow, massage boosts the body’s natural chemistry — increasing endorphins and serotonin while lowering cortisol (the stress hormone). It’s not just about loosening muscles; it’s about resetting the nervous system.
Think of it as your tropical recharge during a time when everything starts to slow down. The warmth of the table, the scent of oils, and the rhythm of each stroke tell your body: it’s safe to exhale again.
When your skin, muscles, and mood are all being cared for at once, it’s easier to stay balanced, sleep deeply, and reconnect with the brighter parts of yourself — no matter how gray the sky looks.
