Your body is designed with a ✨️ pretty ✨️ incredible system of postural control.

When the brain receives clear, accurate proprioceptive input, it constantly makes small, automatic adjustments to help keep the body balanced and efficient. One of the ways this shows up is through natural posture stacking - where the head balances over the pelvis to reduce strain and improve stability.

When communication between the brain and body becomes disrupted, the body may lose some of that automatic coordination and adaptability.

One thing we commonly observe following adjustments is improved posture and alignment. Not because we are forcing someone “back into place,” but because restoring communication allows the body to reorganize, adapt, and regain efficient postural control.
