Our convenient facility is located in the heart of Signal Mountain's business district. A variety of classes are offered daily, throughout the day, to accommodate your busy schedule. Our facility boasts a wide array of exercise equipment, assuring you that there will always be equipment available for your use. We don't want you wasting time waiting for equipment or a class. ✨ We’re sending off Lexus with all the love this week as she wraps up her time at the SMAC front desk. ✨

For the past year, Lexus has brought kindness, professionalism, and a bright smile to every interaction — and she will truly be missed by both staff and clients. 💙

NEW NEW!! Come put some our new equipment to the test. The vortex curved treadmill, boasts six levels of speed so that you can train on no resistance for maximum speed or high resistance for emulated sled pushes. Totally different from a traditional treadmill, come check it out.

Member spotlight! We are excited to share a little about Kirby and her fitness journey! She tells us a little about herself, what makes the gym special, and the exciting program that anybody can progress in here at the SMAC.

Tell us a little about yourself:

- “My husband and I moved to Signal Mountain 3 years ago this month, from Colorado, and we love being here! I’m a designer and illustrator, and work from home, so the SMAC has been a great place to go, getting me out among people. I enjoy hiking, crafts, mowing (with my push mower listening to music or a book), and piddling in the yard and garden.”

What’s something you love about the SMAC?
- “I especially enjoy the cozy community feel. It’s got every type of equipment that you’d ever need and it’s been great meeting people that I see regularly. But training with Dave has been a highlight and the reason I show up. It’s a great hour to push myself and enjoy his fun personality.”

What keeps you motivated? (Program Details!)
- “I was looking for something to help me move more during the winter and I found Conquerer Challenges. You get actual medals from challenges, that have great designs. There’s tons to choose from with varying distances, and you can choose any activity. I chose to walk the 500 mile route along the Scottish north Coast. I’m 195 miles in and try to get between 2-5 miles daily. You’ll find me either on the treadmill watching a show, on the track, or on various trails around the area getting my steps in.”
