Mary is in the thick of raising 2 little boys, Alden and Lincoln, making her grounded spirit nothing short of aspirational.
Mary has been expertly trained in Heated, HOT and Power Vinyasa as well as Hot 26.
If you come to your mat, to find/keep your calm in the storm, Mary knows best!

We love Celeste, shes been been practicing with us since we opened! Watching her stay consistent and make yoga a part of her life has been such a gift!
- She actually started in our Beginner Series, and seeing how that foundation has supported her long-term practice is exactly why we love offering it!

-Lauren moves through life passionately, and intentionally - with her you can trust that what you see is what you get!
-Lauren takes care of marketing for the studio (including this post, weird😜) and has been a consistent teacher on our schedule for years.
🤩 When Lauren is not at the studio-She nurtures her Creative Photography business, is mom to her son-Jack, and always growing her knowledge of fitness/nutrition.
- Lauren has 500 hours of YTT with Yoga Landing- and a special cert, in Self Awakening. Shes also certified in Personal Training and Nutrition Support.
- One word you would use to describe her class-UNCONVENTIONAL.

Heated Yoga Sculpt- Mondays- 4:30pm
