Our heated classes don’t just feel like a sauna… THEY WORK LIKE ONE!

We use RADIANT HEAT, which warms your body directly instead of just heating the air. The same type of heat used in many saunas.

That means:
🔥 deeper warmth
💧 a better sweat
🧘‍♀️ muscles that open faster

So yes — your yoga class can double as your sauna session.
