Client Appreciation Post!

We love Celeste, shes been been practicing with us since we opened! Watching her stay consistent and make yoga a part of her life has been such a gift!
- She actually started in our Beginner Series, and seeing how that foundation has supported her long-term practice is exactly why we love offering it!

If your curious, nervous, or simply brand new, our next Beginner Series starts this Friday, February 6th 🤩

LETS WISH LAUREN THE HAPPIEST BIRTHDAY!

-Lauren moves through life passionately, and intentionally - with her you can trust that what you see is what you get!
-Lauren takes care of marketing for the studio (including this post, weird😜) and has been a consistent teacher on our schedule for years.
🤩 When Lauren is not at the studio-She nurtures her Creative Photography business, is mom to her son-Jack, and always growing her knowledge of fitness/nutrition.
- Lauren has 500 hours of YTT with Yoga Landing- and a special cert, in Self Awakening. Shes also certified in Personal Training and Nutrition Support.
- One word you would use to describe her class-UNCONVENTIONAL.

Heated Yoga Sculpt- Mondays- 4:30pm
Heated Pilates -Wednesdays 8:00am-

To know Brittany is to LOVE her. She has an authentically kind nature and soft voice that radiates from her heart into her classes!
-When she's not at the studio Brittany loves traveling, baking, and spending time with her husband Collin and her dog Woody!🍞✈️🐾
- She is an incredibly trained and talented Yin, Restorative, and Vinyasa teacher, taking her class is a treat!
