Halloween is just around the corner! Keep the night fun and safe with these quick tips:
🕯️ Use reflective costumes or glow sticks so kids are visible.
🚦 Cross streets at corners and look both ways.
🍭 Check all treats before eating — no opened or homemade items from strangers.
🧙‍♀️ Stay with a group and keep little ones close.
🏡 Only visit well-lit homes and never go inside.

🎀 What Is a Mammogram & What to Expect
A mammogram is a low-dose X-ray that checks for early signs of breast cancer — often before a lump can be felt. It’s one of the best tools we have for early detection.
Many women put off mammograms because they’re worried it might hurt. While the test involves brief pressure on the breast, it usually lasts just a few seconds — and most say the discomfort is minimal and worth the peace of mind.
Knowing what to expect helps: wear a two-piece outfit, avoid deodorant that day, and let your provider know if you're nervous. We're here to make the experience as quick, supportive, and comfortable as possible. 💗
