CAUGHT ON CAMERA doing what she does best! We spotted Lori helping load this client’s cat and carrier out to her vehicle. That’s service she and our whole team try to offer daily, just naturally. We thought it was a perfect story to share, as we round out National Veterinary Receptionists Week.

We had a PAWS-itively great time at Bark in the Park, cheering on the SEMO Redhawks! Dr. Loni threw out the first pitch. Our team loved handing out dog toys to the cutest four-legged friends in the crowd. It was a great night at Capaha Park! ⚾️ 🐾

It’s National Veterinary Receptionists’ Week, and we feel we have some of the best! 🌟
Not only will it be a week full of treats for the front desk team, but we also like to throw in a few gifts for the entire crew here and there. After all, we are a team, and it takes all of us communicating, organizing and helping one another… so that we may help YOU and YOUR PETS.

We are so lucky our team works at both our Cape and Sikeston locations. Today though— we even traveled to nearby Oran and New Hamburg for our mobile vaccination clinics! Thanks to all the pet owners who endured rain and cool temperatures to take good care of their pets. 💉🩸🐾 🩺

We appreciate kind words so much! Truly.

I just have to brag on this wonderful vet office and their amazing staff , we are traveling through from Illinois to Alabama and Crimson (my dog ) started having a pancreatitis flareup,  they were willing to listen to his past history and also saw him right away with a fair price, this is one veterinarian place that really cares for your pets and not the dollar !  Crimson is on the mend and it’s only thanks to Dr. Chaney and her vet tech summer for doing such a good job ,  I also want to say thank you to the wonderful receptionist, I didn’t catch her name, but she was amazing and helped me through everything. Crimson and I thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

It’s safe to say Hudson Heuring ( 🐶🐾 ) will sleep well tonight after doing a doggone good job of manning the vet clinic table at the Kelly High School Career Fair! 😂

(Dr. Brian wants to thank his high school alma mater for inviting us to be there today. A big thanks also goes to the entire vet team for handling afternoon appointments to make this possible.)
