Nikki has been a smart teammate, who genuinely loves the people she works with. We will miss her as she starts a new journey in human healthcare. Thankfully, she, her cute baby son, and her pets still promise to pop in here from time to time to say “Hi!” So, it’s not goodbye- it’s good luck, Nikki! 🌟

Let’s hear it for Kelby, our Star of the Month! ⭐️
It’s easy to see why her team voted her as the winner. She’s sweet, VERY hard-working and always quick to say: How can I help? 🙌

Kelby is one of our kennel technicians. She works many weekends and always with a smile, as she cares for pets who are boarding at The Corral and assisting the vet team inside the clinic.

Kelby, we are SO glad you are part of the Bootheel Animal Clinic family.

Let’s hear it for our Star of the Month: Victoria! ⭐️
Her teammates unanimously voted her as the winner, especially after Victoria recently handled hundreds of calls on her own for the clinic. When we were without phones or internet for five days last month at Bootheel, Victoria swooped in, rerouted some things, and called clients from her remote Cape Small home office on a different phone line in a different town. ☎️ Talk about helping us find a solution! We honestly don’t know how we could have stayed open without her assistance during that frustrating outage. She also answered a multitude of clients’ emails and online requests from our website and app. She handled the extra work with a smile and ‘can-do’ attitude. The picture shows her at work in her remote office with her favorite office mate. 🐾 Victoria, you are a true team player, friend and kind person to all!
