Here’s a SUPER story for both Bootheel and Cape Small Animal Clinics to share & we hope it makes you smile, too. During the recent winter weather, we had a visitor… all the way from Florida AND one who we hadn’t seen in 15 years or so! Ms. Penny and crew stopped in here at Bootheel to see Dr. Brian, then learned he was at our Cape clinic that day, so she drove 30 miles north just to have him treat her pets again! Back story: You see, Ms. Penny is a truck driver, whose pet rides with her. Well, 15 years ago, she needed a vet as she was driving near Sikeston, so she popped into our clinic and fell in love with our team’s customer service and Dr. Brian’s veterinary care. All these years later, she and her daughter made sure to look us up and have their pets examined. She even brought us treats! This type of client relationship and kindness is exactly what keeps us going and caring for pets. We are blessed by so many of you who trust us to treat your pets!
