Are you a skilled nurse leader ready to step into a high-impact role? We're looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) who’s passionate about quality care, team development, and making a difference every day.
As ADON, you’ll be the right hand of our Director of Nursing, supporting clinical operations, supervising nursing staff, and helping lead the charge in delivering exceptional resident care, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing daily clinical operations and nursing services
• Order nursing/wound care/OTC supplies Q week
• Lab upkeep for all residents
• Pharmacy recs
• Pharmacy internal report reconciliations
• Work floor as needed
• Supervise, train, and support nursing staff with a hands-on leadership style
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation
• Morning rounds
• Address any family, resident concerns with admin
• Participate in care planning, quality improvement, and risk management programs
• Oversee Scheduler/Staffing Schedule
• Week day staffing on call and weekends as assigned
• Assist with Employee Education
• Help drive staff engagement, retention, and performance
• Step in for DON when needed to ensure seamless leadership continuity
What You Bring:
• Active RN license in Texas – Required
• 2+ years of nursing leadership in long-term care/SNF
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations
• Experience or familiarity with infection prevention and control practices preferred
• Ability to lead with compassion, confidence, and clear communication
• Organizational skills to juggle priorities and stay ahead of issues
• A passion for resident-centered care and team development

Salary/Wage Range:
