I flew to Austin Texas last week to trade SMRT massage with a good friend. I'm healing and feeling so much better! I opened my schedule to a few massages in December. I'm only working on one person a day so I can purchase my little munchkins some Christmas swag!

Because time flies way too fast and I have big goals for the new massage school Ive decided to put a pause on teaching yoga for now.

I have 4 more classes at cactus flower community. 315 bullard.

They are
Friday the 14th at 5:30 pm
Friday the 21st at 5:30 pm
Monday the 24th at 4:00pm

And my grand finale will be Friday the 28th at 5:30 pm

$10 at the door. If you haven't been able to make it to one of my classes yet I really hope you can make it!

Update on Randi's hand injury.

I've missed my office so much!!! I decided to bring my work computer so I can still be in the space while
I do my new job!

Drum roll please....

I have decided to open a massage school!

This decision hasn't been an easy one to make but it seems like it's meant to be. When one door shuts another opportunity opens.

I've been working so hard at jumping through hoops and planning and collaborating with the best of the best!

I've been collaborating with not only the best and the best massage therapists in Grant County but the best in the nation when it comes to massage education!

Unfortunately for now my hands need so much more time to keep healing. It wasn't a matter of a simple carpal tunnel release after all.

I will continue to do a very very small amount of my family members in my office so if you come see Nicole or Liz i might see you there!

This is why I know I need to open a school to recruit more people to take care of all you wonderful people!

Nicole and Liz have been so amazing at stepping up and helping me in all the ways! Moral, mental health, physical pain and the day to day things at the office.
I miss it so much. It's been really hard if I'm being honest.

I know God and the universe have new things in store for me!

There are other modalities that I have up my sleeve that can help you with your pain besides massage. More news to come in that! But I'm hopefully going to start one on one mobility movement where we can make a custom plan on where to stretch and where to strengthen to create more stability in your body. I believe my yoga training and massage training compliment each other in the most beautiful way!
