Not all heroes wear capes. Some show up with toolboxes, problem solve in silence, and make sure our building feels like home for staff and residents. Lights on. Repairs done. Small things handled before they become big things.

It’s work that often goes unseen but is always felt. A special shoutout to Mael Bruno and Anthony Scott.
