Here we have the acclaimed Khalifa Kush, or KK for short. This strain is a descendant of OG Kush bred specifically to Wiz Khalifa’s liking in the early 2010’s. With relaxing yet uplifting effects, it’s easy to see the wide appeal. It can be a good choice for anytime of the day, but is more indica leaning meaning more relaxing and for some people not as suitable for daytime use. It was kept a secret until 2016 when it made its way to a select few dispensaries in the Southwestern US. Since then, it has spread across the US to many dispensaries, including Herbafi! Our Story

One late afternoon, one cousin called another and said, "Maryland is taking applications to open medical cannabis dispensaries. This is our chance to do something meaningful-- are you in?" Fast forward to two years (and two children) later, and HerbaFi opened its doors, with the family team having expanded to include their spouses and two aunts.

Family experiences with cancer and chronic pain had piqued the family's interest in medical cannabis when mainstream medicine failed them. We've had personal frustration at its inaccessibility when it was needed in the past, and feel grateful that we are able to make it accessible to others in need today.

We're from Maryland-- we've gone to school here and volunteer here, and now serve our community's health needs here. We're local. We're a family business-- so anytime you come by, you're likely to meet someone from the family. No layers of bureaucracy and hidden faces here. And we're female owned-- it's a family endeavor led by our female founder.
