It's starting to get to the crux of the Fall season, heading on to Winter, and we at Care Positive would love to pass on some Helpful and Healthy Tips and Guidance for navigating the fluctuating weather and decrease in temperatures!

HEALTH TIPS FOR THE FALL SEASON 👇🏾

1). Stretch Your Body Every Day - Make sure to stretch and/or do yoga or meditation exercises everyday, or almost everyday, to keep your blood circulation flowing and help keep your body temperature warm and consistent.

2). Layer Up! - Because the weather has been going up and down recently, it's best to be prepared with different layers of weather appropriate clothing - such as a Shirt, then Light Cardigan, then a Medium-weight Jacket, or other combinations, etc. - so that you can add or remove when necessary.

3). Execute Proper Hygiene at All Times - Make sure to wash your hands properly and often, Sneeze and Cough into your sleeve/arm and not out in the open, Wear a mask and Sanitize if necessary, as you want to minimize the spread of germs and bad bacteria during the colder months.

4). Eat Healthy Foods and Stay Active - Getting colder means your heart works more to warm your body up, so it's best to make sure to pay extra attention to consuming healthy, dietary foods, especially Vitamin D, and continuing to exercise regularly!

5). Most Importantly, Stay Informed! - Make sure to always check the weather information for your area well in advance AND before you leave out, just in case of any sudden changes in atmosphere. You'll be better prepared to plan for temps and comfortability this way!
