"Jacques, since we do not use Google my attempt to send a review was not doable. So, I am sending it to you to follow-up with as you decide is appropriate.

My husband and I have made use of Platinum Seniors Care since December 2025. My husband is in Assisted Living with Parkinson’s Disease. In November 2025 he fell on his R arm which caused further restrictions on his mobility and the need of a wheelchair. When going to medical appointments we found we needed travel assistance. Dr. Noumsi and his group were recommended to us. We have been very satisfied and grateful for the services provided, meeting appointments on time with the needed assistance and his sharing advice when needed.

Dr. Noumsi has been a positive and friendly help to us and the medical issues we are dealing with. We continue to rely upon him "

Various subjects were addressed including; the neuroscience of the Healthcare Decisions, the impact of emotions decision making, Discovery and effective sales initiatives, gaining commitment, and client’s need analysis…☺️
