April is Stress Awareness Month, a gentle reminder that you’re allowed to slow down.
If everything feels like too much, you don’t have to hold it all at once. Sometimes, stress is simply different parts of you trying to help in the only ways they know how.
What if, instead of pushing it away, you paused and got curious?
• What part of me feels most activated right now?
• What might it be needing?
• Can I meet it with even a little compassion?
Even small moments, pausing, breathing, softening, can begin to shift something within.
You don’t have to quiet every part, just begin by listening.
