I am trained in the Internal Family Systems "Self Leadership" model of therapy for individuals and couples, which includes mindfulness and spirituality. As an IFS-informed intern supervised by experienced LCSW-Cs, Elise offers low-cost therapy grounded in deep listening and compassionate support.
