There is no perfect routine.
There is no perfect schedule.
There is no perfect parent.

Some days you’ll feel confident.
Some days you’ll Google the same thing five times.

Both are part of parenting.

If your child is safe, fed, and loved, you are doing enough. 💛

New parents worry about everything.
Feeding. Sleeping. Crying. Not crying. Crying again.

If that’s you, you’re normal. 💛

Confidence doesn’t show up on day one.
It grows slowly, through trial, error, and support.

You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You just need someone in your corner. We’re here for that.

💬 If you ever wonder, “Is this normal?”, call us.

🚨 Health Alert: Respiratory Viruses Rising in Montgomery County

Hospitalizations from respiratory viruses are increasing across Maryland. In response, the Maryland Department of Health now recommends masking in all patient-facing health care settings, including hospitals, outpatient clinics, and long-term care facilities.

😷 If you’re sick, please stay home to help prevent spreading illness. If you must be around others, wearing a mask and frequent handwashing can significantly reduce transmission.

🏥 Due to the surge, residents should expect longer wait times at emergency rooms and urgent care centers.

👵 Older adults, immunocompromised individuals, and those with chronic conditions should limit time in crowded indoor spaces when possible.

💉 Vaccines remain the best defense against severe illness. Flu, RSV, and updated COVID-19 vaccines are available and recommended—no documentation is required to receive them.

Flu, RSV, and COVID-19 are all circulating at elevated levels in our community.

📞 Spring Pediatrics is here to help keep your children healthy. Call our office to schedule sick visits, vaccine appointments, or to speak with our team about prevention and next steps this respiratory season. 301-585-9600
