Montgomery County, MD - Latino Health Initiative La Iniciativa Latina de Salud forma parte del Departamento de Salud y Servicios Humanos del Gobierno del Condado de Montgomery, Maryland.

The LHI is comprised of staff members from the Department of Health and Human Services and a group of volunteer professionals and community leaders. These individuals work as a team to inform the Latino community about the LHI and to collect feedback from them regarding their health concerns. In addition, this group acts as the planning body for the LHI and advocates to improve the health of Latino communities. Our Story

The LHI is comprised of staff members from the Department of Health and Human Services and a group of volunteer professionals and community leaders. In addition, this group of volunteers acts as the planning body for the LHI and advocates to improve the health of Latino communities.

La Iniciativa Latina de Salud o ILS por sus siglas está compuesto por miembros del personal del Departamento de Salud y Servicios Humanos y un grupo de profesionales voluntarios y líderes comunitarios. Estas personas trabajan en equipo para informar a la comunidad latina en el Condado de Montgomery sobre la ILS y para recabar sus comentarios sobre sus preocupaciones de salud. Además, este grupo de voluntarios actúa como el organismo de planificación de la ILS y aboga por mejorar la salud de las comunidades latinas.
