Montgomery County, MD - Latino Health Initiative La Iniciativa Latina de Salud forma parte del Departamento de Salud y Servicios Humanos del Gobierno del Condado de Montgomery, Maryland.

The LHI is comprised of staff members from the Department of Health and Human Services and a group of volunteer professionals and community leaders. These individuals work as a team to inform the Latino community about the LHI and to collect feedback from them regarding their health concerns. Our Story

La Iniciativa Latina de Salud o ILS por sus siglas está compuesto por miembros del personal del Departamento de Salud y Servicios Humanos y un grupo de profesionales voluntarios y líderes comunitarios. Estas personas trabajan en equipo para informar a la comunidad latina en el Condado de Montgomery sobre la ILS y para recabar sus comentarios sobre sus preocupaciones de salud. Además, este grupo de voluntarios actúa como el organismo de planificación de la ILS y aboga por mejorar la salud de las comunidades latinas.
