Recently, the Family & Nursing Care team came together for our Annual Meeting to reflect, refocus, and reconnect.

The morning featured presentations from CEO Neal Kursban and President Jeff Zukerman highlighting our 2025 accomplishments and vision for 2026. For the second straight year, we are setting our sights on achieving a 97% Intent to Recommend on our community surveys. This “Get to Yes” rallying cry reflects our shared commitment to listening closely, responding thoughtfully, and doing everything we can to create exceptional experiences for the families who trust us with their care.

In the afternoon, we put teamwork into action at Topgolf — strengthening connections, celebrating successes, and enjoying time together outside the office.

We’re energized for the year ahead and proud of the team that helps make our mission possible every day.

We’re proud to share that longtime caregiver Eloise Lettman recently made a $250 donation to the Family & Nursing Care Foundation — an incredibly meaningful gesture and one of the first caregiver contributions of its kind.

After hearing about the Foundation from our team and fellow caregivers, Eloise felt inspired to give back. Her generosity reflects the compassion and commitment she brings to her work every day.

Since 2008, the Foundation has helped lower-income older adults access essential home care and has supported aspiring CNAs with scholarships.
