We are currently accepting school supply donations to support Green Mountain Elementary School. A recent fire destroyed the K-2nd grade wing, and we are collecting items to help them replenish their classes. Donation boxes are available in all Silverdale offices.

This event focuses on women's health and well-being, current topic is "Know Your Pelvic Floor." While listening in, also plan on sipping beverages, snacking on appetizers, a fun painting activity, and a chance to shop for fashion.

Guest speakers are Amy Li, MD, Urologist at The Doctors Clinic and Emily Everett, PT, DPT, PHC, Pelvic Health Specialist at Kitsap Physical Therapy.
