My husband and I are vulnerable, breakable at times—yet resilient and unwavering. And so are our Children. 🤍

They grew up in a world shaped by the COVID-19 pandemic. They learned how to adapt early—navigating online learning, homeschooling, uncertainty, and change with more strength than most adults are ever asked to carry.

I’m intentional about what I share on social media.

Not because my life lacks depth, but because my family—my husband and our children—are my greatest responsibility and my greatest gift. Protecting them matters more than visibility. So I choose to focus this space on my patients, their trust, and the care I’m honored to provide.

But yesterday Sunday 12/29/2025 was different.

Last night, while driving home from a family dinner at one of our favorite places, our vehicle was struck by a driver under the influence. 🚗💥

In the moments that followed, my husband stepped forward. The driver fled—nearly striking him in the process—showing complete disregard for the lives he had just placed in danger. He was later apprehended by law enforcement, but the reality remains: one impaired decision put our family, including our four children, at risk.

Calling 911 is something I do without hesitation in my professional life.

Calling it for your own family is surreal. 📞

My ER NP instincts took over—steady voice, calm presence, reassurance for my children and husband. But when the adrenaline fades, and the house finally grows quiet, that is when the weight settles in. That is when you reflect on what happened… and what could have.

Today, I am profoundly grateful for God’s protection. ✝️🙏

As a nurse practitioner, and as a mother, I ask this with urgency and care: please do not drink and drive.
Use a ride service. Call a friend. Make a different choice. No destination is worth someone else’s life—or your own. 🚫🍷🚘

As we move through this holiday season, may we slow down, choose wisely, and hold our loved ones a little closer. ✨

Leonardo da Vinci believed that “the desire to know is never fully satisfied” — a reminder that true learning has no finish line.

Today, Da Vinci’s message inspires ME more than ever.

As a double board certified FNP -Emergency and Aesthetic Medicine medical provider, I continue to pursue higher education in aesthetic and emergency medicine so I can elevate my skills, deepen my understanding of facial anatomy, and emergency medical conditions and deliver the safest, most advanced patient care possible.

Every training, every lecture, every mentor adds another layer to the craft I love — and today, I’m especially grateful for the inspiration that pushes me forward.
