Sandy said "YES" to Crosstown Square's address in August 2023. “I LOVE my studio apartment! At first, I wasn’t’ sure of the size but it has proved to fit everything I need. It is easy to keep clutter free. Of course, weekly housekeeping by Mary and team helps make that possible. I decided on light-colored furniture to make the space look larger. I have plenty of closet space. I feel at home here and that makes it just perfect for me!”

Gloria said "YES" to Crosstown Square's address in October 2025. “I moved from a three-bedroom split foyer home in Colona to a studio apartment that welcomed every possession that was near and dear to me...and I have decorated it to my own liking. I am so comfortable in my new cozy apartment. I love the walk-in shower with built-in grab bars. I love that I don’t have to deal with steps any longer and I love that the building is secure!”

When my 94-year-old grandmother decided to sell her beloved home of nearly 75 years and her car, after being a widow for close to 47 years, I was deeply concerned.
