Sometimes when you see everyone giving 5 stars, you think, yeah, right, but with Heather, it is absolutely true. She is really an expert and was like a miracle worker for my friend, Laura, and me. I will tell you why.

Laura, 55, went to Heather first about a year ago when she could barely walk, had been using a walker for two weeks due to horrible hip pain she got from just climbing out of the pool. Laura felt immediate relief, IMMEDIATE relief after the very first session. Within 8 more sessions after 3 months, the pain was gone. I mean gone! Laura was walking fine with no walker, not even a cane and still is a year later

I went to see Heather a month ago because I saw Laura's result. I am 58 years old. I walked one day and overdid it and was fine but then because I was laying in bed for days after not exercising, I started to feel soar which changed to bad pain then to really bad pain , and it became EXCRUCIATING shooting pain in my right buttock and hip for 4 days that actually made me cry and left me feeling incapacitated. It hurt that bad. I mean, I was limping when I had to walk which I barely could do.

I started seeing Heather halfway through my 3rd pregnancy. She was a lifesaver! After I started seeing her my lower back pain was minimal/non existent. Even at the end of the pregnancy while chasing and carrying around 2 young toddlers! I believe the adjustments really made for a smooth pregnancy and labor experience. My unmedicated labor was smooth and fast, even with an almost 9.5lb baby. Thanks Heather! If you're pregnant, you must go see her!

I highly recommend Dr. Valinsky as a prenatal chiropractor. I started seeing her when I was 25 weeks pregnant with my second child. I experienced more aches and pains with this pregnancy since I am a few years older and chasing after a toddler this time around. She gives gentle and effective alignments, even for the neck. And her assisted leg stretches really helped with my round ligament pains.
Dr. Valinsky is very personable and loves what she does. She is quick to respond to texts/calls, and she is very flexible with her appointment times. I am extremely grateful that she has a second office location in Simi Valley for us moms who live in the Conejo Valley!

I have been taking my daughter to Dr. Heather Valinsky since she was 3 months old and i feel it’s one the best decisions I ever made as a first time mom. My daughter is 14 months now and she’s only been sick once and has never had an ear infection, I truly believe chiropractic care is what has made the difference . Recently I started going to Dr. Valinsky myself for excruciating back pain. She knew just what to do . Without her I wouldn’t be able to carry on with my every day life . Highly Recommend! I saw Dr. Valinsky my entire pregnancy starting at 6 weeks with twins and I experienced no back pain. I previously suffered from Sciatica pain and I was so thankful to not have any pain during pregnancy. Once my girls were born, she saw the girls at only a few days old.

People ask me if I have back pain being 37 weeks pregnant with twins, and I tell them I haven't had pain this entire pregnancy since working with Dr. Heather Valinsky starting at the beginning of the second trimester! Not only that, my baby boy also was breech for a few weeks in my third trimester when it was getting crowded in there, but then joined his sister in being head down, which I believe Heather also really helped with. By the way, I'm 47 years old and this is my first pregnancy! Heather has been part of a wonderful holistic team I've assembled and a big reason I'm having a "normal pregnancy" despite the medical system deeming it "high risk" (which they stopped saying to me once they saw how well I'm doing).

I had intense back pain beginning my second trimester when I first started seeing Heather. I am a doula and have referred clients to Heather who love her, but I had never gone to her myself. I’ve been a patient of Dr Valinsky for several weeks now for prenatal chiropractic care. I was skeptical at first that much could be done to fix my back, pelvic and leg pain that was starting to interfere with my daily activities (sitting, standing, walking, sleeping) other than having my baby, but after just one treatment I felt SO much better. Dr. Heather's work is life changing! She literally helped me get through daily life during my pregnancy! I began seeing Heather during my first pregnancy and she kept me aligned the entire time even with my bad scoliosis. Due to covid, I stopped all self-care appointments during my second pregnancy which ended up being a big mistake. I got to the point where I could not get out of bed and even when I was laying down I was still in extreme pain due to my SI joints. After only a few sessions with Dr. Heather I was back to my normal life. I could even pick up my toddler. Not to mention, I felt very safe with Heather thanks to her own Covid precautions and practices.

I cannot recommend Dr. Heather enough. She works miracles!

I went here through recommendation, even if I was skeptical. I’ve had tendinitis for a few months (mother’s thumb). I was waking up at night crying from tendons going out of place... so I gave it a try. I went twice and it was so much relief! Although I still have pain here and there, my tendons never got misplaced again. It’s been months and now I’d like to go back again. So professional! Ah, and the playlist while getting massaged is TOP. So grateful I found you!
