Tuck your tailbone to create space between the vertebrate of the spine and restore its natural curves so it can bear the weight of body.

😮‍💨I had back pain whole my life before meeting yoga caused by weak digestive system and not having enough backside muscles. So, back bending poses were the most scary-struggling asanas giving me impression it is going to break my back totally.
Now? 🤗 I am like that without any previous ballet like practices. And yes. Zero back pain issue.
