Our groups are smaller in size, which allows for more personalized attention and much faster learning. We did it!!! 108 Sun Salutations!!! I’ve known about this for many years but I’ve never done it myself. And I was quite concerned considering that I taught three classes earlier today making this my fourth class of the day. But the excitement and enthusiasm of the group gave us all the strength to push through. Now that we did this, what else is next?! Let’s gooooooooo!
