She is a great problem solver and is always coming up with new ideas for supporting her people in their pursuit of their goals. In particular, Denise has an ability to relate to her people and meet them exactly where they are with regards to their attitudes an/or willingness to commit to working on their goals. She is able to encourage without badgering but is also able to see when her individual's probably need a break to refresh before beginning again. Additionally, Denise is always on top of her paperwork and admin/scheduling communication, making life very easy for those who work with her!"

Omer has gone above and beyond by mentoring two different students, providing consistent guidance and encouragement. His support made a direct impact—one student, in particular, successfully passed Math 245 thanks to Omer’s and collaboration with our staff, patient and thorough assistance. His efforts not only helped that student academically but also reinforced the supportive, success-driven environment we strive to maintain.
