Join us for the first New Moon of 2026! The New Moon is an extremely powerful time to set intentions and goals for the next lunar cycle. Using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, and other instruments to guide you into a meditative state, we will invite you to lay down and journey with sound. Sound frequencies are known to help calm the mind, decrease stress, improve sleep, expand awareness, and release both physical and emotional pain. The tones help balance the mind, body, and spirit, promoting a sense of peace and well-being.
The Sound bath starts promptly at 7:00pm.
Please be mindful and arrive early enough to get comfortable!
We suggest you bring water, a yoga mat, or blankets, cushions, or a pillow. Please bring what you need to be comfortable in a reclining position. Wear comfortable clothing, and please feel free to bring crystals to charge during the sound bath.
