November is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month.
Many men don’t always talk about how they feel or go to the doctor when something seems wrong. But looking after your health is really important. It helps you stay strong and happy for not just the people you love, but for yourself too.
This month is about helping men stay healthy, both in body and mind, and focuses on promoting physical and mental well-being among men, addressing issues such as prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health challenges, and su***de prevention.
Men are more likely to face problems such as heart disease, cancer, and mental health struggles, and many often try to “tough it out” instead of asking for help.
It’s a reminder that looking after your own health matters just as much as looking after the people you care about. Taking time for mental health check-ins or getting regular health screenings can make a big difference in the long run.
