Mardi Gras was cause for celebration here at South Carolina Addiction Treatment this week…and we celebrated one of the best ways we know how, which is with a S**T Kitchen Challenge!!! 💜💛💚
This challenge's menu focused on Carnival with a special Mardi Gras New Orleans-themed menu for our festivities. 🦞🍽️ Our menu included crawfish étouffée, gumbo & jambalaya, okra & tomatoes, and some classic King cake (and don't forget the baby 👶)!

For those of you who have been following us for a while, then you may know that February marks our 1 year anniversary of our S**T Kitchen Challenges!! 🎂
What started as an idea to find a way to further highlight our already very popular kitchen, we wanted to push the boundaries to see how our team would step up to the plate to face fun culinary challenges...and they have knocked it out of the park every single time!!! These challenge days also serve as a way to show excitement and passion around food and nutrition so our clients can also see that joy can be found in many different areas of their newfound lives in recovery!
