As many of you may know, the equine community has recently experienced a tremendous loss with the passing of Dr. Heather Craven.

Dr. Craven was an exceptional practitioner, a true blessing to the equine community, and someone whose impact reached far beyond her practice. She had an enormous heart, a love for both her clients and their horses, and an incredible gift for the work she did. She will be dearly missed by so many.

In light of this devastating loss, I have been contacted by a number of Dr. Craven’s former clients seeking continued care. It is an honor to support them during this transition; however, this has significantly limited my availability in March.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as I do my best to accommodate everyone during this time. Thank you for your continued trust and support.

The first two weeks of March are fully booked. For the remaining scheduled locations, there are only 1–2 appointment spots available on those specific dates.
I also have three additional open dates that may be booked for any location and can accommodate groups of any size

Starting August 1st, our service prices will be increasing slightly to reflect rising costs and the continued value we provide to you and your animals. We truly appreciate your support and understanding as we continue to grow and offer the best care possible.

Additionally, we will be enforcing a 24-hour cancellation policy moving forward. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a fee. This helps us better serve all of our clients by respecting everyone’s time.
