Throughout the fall, care teams across South Carolina supported biometric screenings and vaccine drives to promote a healthier workforce. Through these efforts, the Proactive MD team provided about 1,800 employees with valuable information on hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and diabetes.
Patients participated in raffles and received healthy giveaways, and those with chronic conditions were given advice on how to take proactive steps toward a healthier future! Thank you to the dedicated team who made these events such a success!

Over the past month, Proactive MD team members have been traveling across the nation to care for our patients at Brakebush. Through these events, more than 400 patients received valuable insights and information on blood pressure and nutrition, and the best ways to manage both. Thank you to every team member who helped deliver care without compromise, and to the employees at Brakebush for their incredible engagement at these events!
