Yesterday, I ran my longest distance in 9 months, working my way back after an injury. You can be a well-educated sports performance therapist, do your strength and mobility work, manage your training volume and nutrition appropriately, have good technique, get regular manual maintenance, do everything “right” and STILL get injured, and it stinks. Why would I tell you this? It’s bad marketing right?
1. I know what it’s like to be an injured athlete. Some providers will just tell you to stop doing the activities that you love, but I know how important it is to help you stay healthy, so you can hurt less and play more!
2. I have experience as an athlete, patient, and professional with a multidisciplinary network to connect you with when you need additional services. Like many sports, athlete care often takes a TEAM.

For helping me get to the start and finish line healthy.
At Harper Sport, I have some overlap in services with some of these providers, but I will absolutely recommend my clients see one of them when I believe they have something to add to your treatment journey. If I can be of service to you and your goals, please let me know, even if it’s just helping you connect with another provider, and I don’t get a dime. As an athlete, you could characterize me as competitive, but I’m not about THAT kind of competition—I want to work together as a team to help you
