So excited to announce this offering by !!
4 week series with Rachel Fergusson starting May 8th.

Classes for babies ages 8 weeks to pre-crawling
Wednesdays: May 8, 15, 22, 29, from 12-12:45 PM

Benefits of baby yoga and what to expect

Each week parents will do a breathing and stretching exercise. We will do a sequence of movements with your baby and repeat the breathing and stretching

For the baby

Strengthening and improving muscle tone
Stimulating the senses
Improving blood flow
Stimulating the production of Oxytocin
Maintaining flexibility in the spine and joints

For the parent/carer

Using positive touch with your baby
Understanding your baby’s non-verbal cues
Healing after a traumatic birth
Improve physical well-being
Empower and support parents

Week 1: Legs, hips, and tummy
Week 2: Arms, chest, and back
