You’ll make three things in class and take them home: a dandelion chive pesto, a clarifying clay mask, and a softening body butter. Made in class, yours to keep.

Spring isn’t about pushing through. It’s about working with what the season offers. Bitter greens, fresh herbs, and simple preparations your body recognizes.

We have our Spring Freezer Meal Prep Workshop tomorrow, and it’s got me thinking…

What if meal prep wasn’t a chore—but an act of love?

So many of us walk into the kitchen already overwhelmed. We’re balancing work, kids, caring for our bodies, keeping up with our homes, and trying to carve out time for things that light us up. By the time it’s time to cook, it can feel like just one more thing on a never-ending list.

But what if we shifted that?

What if stepping into the kitchen became an act of self-care… an act of self-love?

Because the truth is—what you feed your body is what fuels your life. When you nourish yourself with high-quality, whole foods, you feel it. More energy. More clarity. A sense of being grounded and ready for the week ahead.

Meal prep can be the thing that supports you—not drains you.Instead of rushing, pausing.
Instead of frustration, intention.

Take a deep breath while you chop.
Let washing dishes become a quiet, meditative moment.
Put on music and dance while you cook.
Turn on a podcast or audiobook you love.
Invite your kids in—let them mix, taste, explore, and build a relationship with food alongside you.

Layer joy into the process.

Because this isn’t just about food—it’s about how you care for yourself and your family.

And if you’re struggling to find that rhythm at home, you don’t have to do it alone...

Here at The Lucky Gut we offer classes to help you reconnect with your kitchen in a way that feels inspiring, not overwhelming—from our Freezer Meal Prep Workshops to hands-on cooking classes focused on nourishing, delicious, whole foods.

We invite you to spend time with us, learn, reset, and bring that love back into your own kitchen.

You deserve to feel good in your body—and in your routine.

Happy cooking. šŸ’œ

Gather around a Mediterranean dinner party worth savoring. Build self-defense skills that stay with you long after class. Move through yoga guided by the rhythms of the season.

Small classes, real skills, and a table to gather around.
