With over 30 years of fitness experience and training Susan can help you find the right workout. Whether you are looking for group classes or individual training at home. Self care starts with finding what works for you. Learning to love and care for your body from the inside. Classes are held throughout the Farmington Valley. She offers numerous classes at Big Sky in Simsbury, the Senior Center of Simsbury and teaches after school fitness classes for the Simsbury Board of Education. If you don't have time to make it to one of her amazing classes, you can check her out every morning Monday through Friday on SPTV with her show "Journey Into Yoga"& “Journey into Fitness”. Check the SPTV website for times. Susan made her first television appearance on Better Connecticut where co-host's Scot Haney and Kara Sundlun were able figure out which workouts work for them!
